my wife is stuck in her wedding dress when i look at her but to her she isnt how do i fix this

It is an optical illusion. You could try changing your group tag, which may refresh the viewer or teleport out and back in again.

it didnt work. she has been stuck in it since last night on my viewer i have uninstalled and reinstalled cleared cache manually and done lots more pls help

it comes on but the dress is still there the dress wont come off.

It could be your viewer with a problem, but more likely hers.  Find a third party to provide a tiebreaker vote.

I think your wife needs to do a manual cache clearing and relog. While she's at it do a complete computer shut down then unplug her router and modem for a few mintues before plugging back in and rebooting the computer. And it wouldn't hurt if you did the same thing.

 

It's a communications thing between you and/or your wife's viewer and the SL servers. Clearing out the junk routers and modem collect over time often fixes problems like that.
