I have a number of skyboxes avaialabe for rent in the skys above Cool Beans. Cool Beans is a great coffee shop in Second Life with a ton of nice ammenities. This is the perfect spot to call home if you don't want to spend a lot (most of our skyboxes are only 137L/.55 US per week), and want to have a great hangout super close by. Don't let the mainland location fool you. This property is right on the coast, has a marina, two main road ways of the Heterocera Atoll intersect right here. Trees, water, great music, overall an amazing place to live. I invite you to check it out for yourself.

Visit the rental board located at the landmark below. We currently have a total of 8 units, six units are 125 prims each for only 137 L$ per week or about .55 US. Unit #3 is an unfurnished skydome with a Southwest USA feel with 250 prims for 350 per week. Unit #8 is a furnished skybox loft with 55 free prims for 350 per week (you can also request an unfurnished version for the same price).
