Qavimator - Uploading problem

I have created a pose in Qavimator and am trying to upload the .bvh file into SL but when I do -  the upload button is greyed out.  I have searched various forumns trying to get a suggestion without success.

Can anyone here offer any advice?

Well, the upload button can be grayed out if you have less than L$10 on your account. It costs the same as uploading a texture or sound.

If that is not the case, can you tell us what viewer you are using? The standard viewer or a third party viewer? Are you logging into the main grid or the beta grid? Is it the actual 'upload' menu item that is grayed out or is it after you have selected the animation to upload?

I have enough money to upload so its not due to a shortage of funds.  I am using Phoenix Firestorm and logging into the main grid. I did also download the standard SL viewer and had the same problem.

When I go into SL, go to the Build tab and select upload animation I am able to select the .bvh  file from where it is saved but when the box pops up the upload button is grey out and I get a message about failure to initialize motion.

When you look at the animation in Qavimator, is the first frame a T pose? Just a straight body with arms stretched out? If there is no inital T pose that can cause problems.

That might be the problem as theres no T pose. Thank you, I will try it again starting with the T pose.

Yes! You can do it! First poses and then animations!
