It should be 64x128.Flat is necessary, or nearly flat so I can adjust it to flat.Does not matter if its grassland, snowy or beach.Preferring to buy but may rent. This will be longterm renting.Roadside is a definite plus and almost a sure sell. Waterfront would also be nice.Please post here or send me a NC in client with the Slurs and pricetag.
