do i get my money back if i terminate rental

If you are renting from a person then it depends on that person.

If you purchased land from LL, no you do not get a refund.

If you are renting (which you say you are) then your only option is to ask the person you are renting from.  Most likely you won't get your money back......but it never hurts to try.

I wouldn't resort to begging though........after all you rented with the knowledge that the land owner has full control (or you sure should have had that knowledge).
