Super heroine Short cape

I like to find a good tutorial o making a good superheroine cape, there are several free but I want to be able to adjust it's lengh, I don't want the free ones that are ankle length an very wide. Also, to learn to scripit so it would move as the avatar walks as it happens in the free ones.

This is where good building skills are required.  You need to understand how to make a flexi prim and what the settings for it under the feature tab do so that you can get the 'flow'of the fabric the way you want it.  If you don't already have this building skill you can go to the Ivory Tower Library of Primative where you will find an excellent tutor on flexi prims that you can take anytime. Once you master that, your ready to learn how to make a cape.  I've never seen a tutor for a cape, however the technique used would be similiar to a skirt.  You will find a number of tutors on YouTube for that.
