0 Charolotte Caxton
There is a bug affecting the Direct Delivery system. http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Merchants/Slammed-with-non-delivery-emails-for-DD-Items/td-p/1596203 It will supposedly be fixed by the end of tomorrow. Marketplace Maintenance [Posted 3:19pm PDT, 10 July 2012] There is maintenance going on with our marketplace, that will cause residents to have to relog into the viewer before they see their orders in the received items folder. The updates will be completed by the end of the day tomorrow, at which time deliveries should appear as normal. Grid Status Report
Question

I have a problem. I just opened a shop in the Marketplace and I have my items listed.
Although when a person buys an item, it does not appear in the recent items or recieved items although they recieve the following message:
(empty): Your test delivery of MaterialBoy - Madonna T-shirt has been delivered to your Received Items folder.
It does appear in the received items folder next time they log on
My two questions are
1. Why does it not appear straight away in the recent items and recieved items
2. Why does it say (empty). In other things it says the name of the shop or something like that
I hope someone can help me. I will be very grateful for any help
