These are the last 2 parcels I need to get rid of to drop my tier level before my refresh date. I will drop the prices till the bots get them but would rather someone else try and do something with them. These two parcel are on either side of the ibine station of the West Atoll Railroad. This is a great place for a mall or small set of shops. It is also the perfect place for a railroader to set up a nice home. These parcels are each on a different region and both regions currently have very low lag.

I am willing to chop these up into smaller pieces if you don't want to buy so much. The Eson parcel actually has some protected roadside for those with vehicles looking for access to Second Life Roadways. 2,800 is a great price for 1600 prim, and this location really is pretty awesome. I will note that each of these regions has a lot of open space available direct from LL (at $L1/m2) so you can expand easily (and control the future land use) of those regions.

Parcels are in the Sabine and Eson Regions.
