Can't Submit to Summer Fun Photo Contest~

Every time I try to upload, it says:

How on earth do I make it stop? I would really like to submit my photo to the contest...

are you trying to submit a link? or are you uploading an image from the post tools..

these forums won't let you link an image from another place..you have to upload  from your system to here..then that image will go to post as well as to your profile images that are stored and can be used again later if you like..

 

also make sure you are meeting the size requirements orit won't let it upload as well..

It meets the size requirements, and It is being uploaded. I don't know what the issue is...
