As explained in answers to your previous question, no random person can steal your items. If they were transferable and you gave someone your mod rights it is possible for them to take them into their inventory, check with them to see if they have them.  If they were copy only, than even someone with your mod rights can't take them.  And unless someone has your mod rights, which only you can grant, they can't take them under any circumstance.

Perhaps you may be confusing this with what people call content theft. That occurs when someone copies an item illegally which can be done in a few different ways. However the item copied remains where it was.
