what is wrong with Marketplace * AGAIN * can't buy anything now for two days..

Question

For two days now I haven't been unable to buy anything on Marketplace.. get to place order , when I go to buy I get that

message saying.. * we are aware of the problem, will get right back to you *

Hi, MsDel  --

Did you try the advice that Angel gave you when you had this problem back in early February?  It remains the best advice.

1. Clear your web browser's cache (in the Tools >> Internet Options menu of your browser) or, if that doesn't work ....

2. Change to a different web browser (Firefox and Chrome work much better with Marketplace than IE does) or, if even that doesn't work.....

3. File a support ticket under the category "Marketplace >> General Marketplac Issues"
