llGetWallClock() not working correctly on LeTigre 12.06.0

I have a clock that displays SLT time.  It uses the llGetWallclock() function.  All worked fine until a very long rollout restart on June 15.  Now llGetWallClock() returns the same value as llGetGMTclock().  Non LeTigre servers work properly with a 7 hour difference.

This is a known issue that we are investigating. Thanks for reporting it. It's certainly an interesting issue.
