I have a premium account but the Live Chat Support button is missing from Help??

Hello all -

I have a premium account (own 3 sims, plus some mainland), but now I find that the Live Chat Support button is missing from the right-hand menu??  Is anyone else experiencing this issue (yes, I'm logged in).

Its been gone from the right hand menu for a while now.   Instead, click on Contact Support in the right menu of the Help page and you should find the Live Chat link in the main text of that window.

Hi there - I don't think I was clear.....I clicked on Contact Support in the right menu of the Help page & the Live Chat button is no longer showing there.

Also, when I go to membership page and see the various premium services - I clicked the link there too for Live Chat Support and it took me to the same page - my only option is to submit a ticket, but my issue does not fall under any of the options I found in the ticket window.
