i cant log on says error 2 help

i tried pheonix and firestorm to log on with and it says error 2 help

Can you log in with the official v3? Would at least determine if this is a Phoenix/Firestorm issue or not. I have never heard of error 2. Is that all it says? Can you please describe exactly what happens. At what point in the login process does it fail?

You can use Options > Edit on the right of your post to add comments. Also, details of your computer specs may be useful. If you can open the viewer to login screen, select Help > About Second Life and copy/paste the computer details into a reply here.
