A login problem

This is a general discussion so i hope someone will know how to help me. The problem i have is, I create a an alt avatar and its registered on an email, that i don't have access to. 

I want to set another email for that alt avatar account. Can someone help?

If you remember the username and password for this alt, simply log in to the dashboard with the alt account, go to "Account > Contact Information," and change the email. Otherwise, try this page.

I know the user name but i can't remember the password of an alt. Is there some way that second life team can do that for me? The link u send me wasn't helpful

you cant remember the password. and you havent got access to the email address?

can you remember the answer to the security question?

if not then the account is pretty much toast

What to do if you forget your password

If you know your username but have forgotten your password, go to the password recovery page. Enter your username and click Send Instructions to have instructions on how to create a new password sent to the email address connected to the account . You'll need to answer the security question you chose when creating your Second Life account. Be sure to check your junk mail/spam folder.

If you can't recall the answer to your security question, just contact Customer Support, preferably by opening a support case. You'll be asked to verify your identity and, working together, we can reset your security question.

We apologize in advance that support cannot retrieve passwords. Luckily, this won't be an issue once we reset your security question.

 

That's from the link I posted earlier. Click where it says "contact Customer Support" and open a support case to verify your identity. In the support case, explain what happened - that you don't remember the password and no longer have access to the email. You'll have to verify your identity (possibly by answering the security question, which they may ask you to do in the support case), but you may be able to recover the account. If not, you're out of luck, sorry.
