I removed someone from my own group and yet they seem to still be spamming in it, what should I do?

2 Days ago I removed someone from my business group due to unwanted spamming, in this group people are allowed to spam just with proviso's that they don't advertise same product as mine, but that's just what this Avatar is doing so I contacted the Avatar to see if they had just misread the rules I got no answer yet they were online, so I removed them from my group, but for some reason they seem to be still spamming the group, how is this possible and how do I stop it?

*** Solution found to be that the person sending out notices was a BOT and they were able to carry on with these notices simply because my group was still on thier BOT list, so when i removed them yes they would not be prevented from Spamming as the BOT never logs off****

it could be the avatar has been logged in to SL the whole time when you are removed from a group if group chat is open i believe you can still paticipate in chat till you close it or log out

Could it be an open enrolment group and they just re-joined as soon as you'd kicked them out?
