Why has my only item in my store become "unavailable"?

So I assume it's saying Unavailable on your manage listing page. If resetting your magic box in world doesn't help, go to magic box status page (https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=adminservers), remove the magic box from registered servers list on that page, login to sl and reset your magic box, then go to manage listing page on the marketplace website, push Synch marketplace with magix boxes button and refresh the page.

Otherwise it might be because your item was flagged and removed by LL. In that case you have to file a support case. See the following link for further info: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Managing-your-Marketplace-store/ta-p/700191#Section_.4.2
