I cant access voice since yesterday, is anyone having the same probem? My mic button is greyed out.

i cant call anyone to chat or even chat in local and noone seems to be able to chat to me either, tried in several places and have all the voice stuff enabled, just wonder if its an SL thing.

Last couple of days i have been getting the " Can not connect to Voice services" popup, when I log in. Not sure if there is a big problem or if it is just me lol

I usually leave voice turned off.  There's a few reasons for this:

1. Vivox software reliability is poor.
2. Vivox server connectivity isn't always reliable.
3. Even when 1 and 2 aren't true, you still have people who leave their mics open, are overamped, and just plain don't care about sound quality polluting the voice channel to the point where it's just unusable pretty much anyplace the public congregates.

If you have a laptop unfortunately sometimes voice will not work and you are taking a chance you will ruin your pc if you try using voice through sl with a laptop.
