Im having the same problem since this morning, and I just can't fix it

I'm having the same problems with rezzing in my linden home, so whats the point of having the premium account ? on top of which the house wont lock no matter what I try.

i cant call anyone to chat or even chat in local and noone seems to be able to chat to me either, tried in several places and have all the voice stuff enabled, just wonder if its an SL thing.
