why am i able to log on firestorm but not reg pheniox? it says unable to connect to grid

i have been trying to log into reg pheniox allllll night, but it only lets me log into irestorm, which is strange..i love pheniox...could someone please help? i am getting married tomm and i want to be on pheniox :(

Seriously, why do you care about Phoenix? It won't get any new shinies anyway - only fixes to not break something. New features are developed for Firestorm only with 100% development time going into that viewer!

I am having the same issue now. Suddenly I cannot log onto Phoenix, only laggy, icky Firestorm, I really hate being on it, no matter how much I tweak it. And at this time, I cannot get a much more powerful computer to handle Firestorm, which could be why the original asker prefers Phoenix, or maybe she just prefers it. At any rate the "answers given by valerie Inshan and Ansariel Hiller were just snarky and unhelpful and I guess I will probably not get any help, either.
