Land Usage Fees for Groups not Changing in Viewers

I put this here because I can't change my group land usage fees in any viewer. Is anyone else having problems? LL told me via chat to remove all my viewers and do clean reinstalls. Does this should right? Or will this really make a difference?

It probably will if your the only one with tthe problem.  Your viewer(s) may have corrupt files that is preventing this.  This will take care of it.  If you run more than one viewer, do a clean reinstall for each of them, as they sometims share files.  Be sure to download fresh copies of them too.
