Have you tried contacting the seller in game? Drop them a notecard explaining your problem and requesting a re-delivery.
If they have an in game shop you may also try and go there to see if they have a re-delivery terminal.

If all else fails open a support ticket with LL and flag the product.

Bonsoir Abi. Après un coup d'oeil au profil du marchand, il semble que vous ayez peut-être un vrai problème (je ne peux pas poster le lien vers son profil web ici, ce serait contre les usages de ces forums). Regardez vous-même et je pense que ce que vous verrez dans son feed est assez édifiant.

20 000 L$ justifient amplement que vous ouvriez d'urgence une demande de support : problème "place du marché" > "Problèmes d'ordre général". Donnez autant de détails que possible, y compris et surtout vos références de transaction comme vous venez de le faire ici.
