i just saw some hud that it said "RLV required" (and it was not some RLV hud)

what is RLV Relay? A thing you have to ware for RLV to work, you will probably find one on the market place and it should be free (there may be some paid for ones as well)

what is open collar? see here: http://www.opencollar.at Like RLV but different. Mostly free search inworld for open collar or in the marketplace.

what is source code? programming either for a computer or could be LSL Linden Scripting Language which makes things like RLV Relay work (as well as many other things.)

i just saw some hud that it said "RLV required" (and it was not some RLV hud)  It means you have to have RLV turned on to use it. That is a setting in preferences for viewers that support RLV
