Copy that information into a politely worded notecard and send it to the merchant with a request for redelivery.  Be patient.  Merchants are like you and me.  They don't log in every day necessarily and their IM's do get capped.  Also remember that merchants have nothing to do with the delivery system.  They pay Linden Lab a 5% commission on every sale to take care of the money and delivering stuff.
