How to report a resident for stolen photo on MP listing?

Hi everyone, I'm not sure where to post this question. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

What action do I need to take when I have come across a Marketplace listing where another resident has taken  a photogragh that belongs to me and used it on the listing without my permission?

I realize this resident had no way to contact me to ask about using the photo since the website where she found the photo was a blog and I didn't include my personal information there for privacy reasons. However, I had even watermarked my photos to help prevent this from happening and she actually removed the watermark as well.

My blog is no longer online also, but I still have the original photo that she took without asking.

I did take screen shots of everything and I tried to politely contact her inworld to ask her to remove the photo but she never responded or as of today, the listing is still up with my photo on it.
