cant buy lindens, cant add card to account, keep getting error says go here, no answers. help

i have been trying to buy lindens for the passed three days and have been unable to. I tried on different machines, different internet, deleting and readding my card except now it will not let me add my card to my account. i get this error every time:

A temporary error occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again in a few minutes.

Please go back to the cashier and try again.

Please contact Second Life Support if you see this error more than once.

 

my card is not expired and i do have money in my account. please help -_-

Something very odd is happening to a few people recently.  You are not the first to report that problem.  It looks like something broke when Linden Lab did maintenance on the Billing system last Tuesday. 

I suggest double checking the list of possible errors here and then submitting a support case.  You might also make a free call to the Billing Office to be sure that there is not a problem with your account. If you have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers:
