I paid for 2 weeks of advertisement. 4 days later nothing has happened at all.

2 days later i asked about this and was told it would start and i would get the days back i missed yet still nothing.

No Lindens are here, just volunteer residents.  This is not something we can help you with.  If you bought the advertisement from LL, you need to contact them.  Note however, that if you are talking about a Marketplace ad, that there is only so much space for ads, and they rotate them.  So you may not see your ad when you look for it.

Also, if you paid in SL for an "Ad-board" you will need to ask the owner/manager of those. But usally those ask your to add the texture, notecard right away.
