New House/Land Parcel - How do I put in Rental Mode?

I bought a land parcel and set my house up on it. I'm hoping to rent out this mansion for a certain amount of L$ a week. How do I put it in rental mode?

 

Also, I already have the land in rental category, so that isn't my question. 

 

Any insight would be great!

Well, there is no rental mode.

Many rental agencies use scripted Rental Systems that count time, accept money and can be configured to alert you when the rent is due/unpaid. They can probably be found on SL Marketplace or In-world for sale, but I cannot suggest specific brands to you.

You can set this up yourself for free, without scripts by simply keeping track of the money owed/rent remaining. Rental is always an agreement between you (the landowner) and the renter - you are free to choose all aspects of how, why and who you rent to. You can choose your own refund policy, and if you're a bad person you can evict them whenever you like.
