Changing to allow Adult content

Currently it says my house is "M" how do I allow for Adult content as well?

If your house is on a region that is rated Moderate -- as all regions for Linden Homes are, for example -- you can't.  Maturity rating is region-wide and cannot be changed at the parcel level.  Having said that, however, what goes on in your house is your business, especially if you have set the Options in World >>> About Land so that nobody outside your parcel can watch what you do there.  You are free to run around naked and enjoy adult activity on a Moderate region as long as you are not out in public.
