Can't teleport into "REBEL YELL CONCERTS" - it says "Teleport Failed - No Valid Parcel Found"?

I've been able to teleport here for a brief moment, but then I'm transported somewhere else.  Is there a reason for this, like restricted access?  Search high & low for answers, grateful for any help/advice out there!  :)

Well, I can get there right now, but it's a crowded region even at 10:00 p.m. SLT.  I suspect that it fills up pretty easily when there's a popular event going on.  When that happens, you either can't get in at all or you get in and are bumped to another site pretty quickly.  All sims have a maximum capacity -- sort of like the Fire Marshall limit that you see posted in RL restaurants -- to keep the sim's servers from overloading and crashing.  If you get in, count yourself lucky.  Lots of other people probably can't.
