I can't access Landmarks from group notices or notecards?

I can't access Landmarks from either Group Notices or Notecards. At all. 

 

I tried going into the Group itself and opening from there, but the LM contains no information...

I can't explain why that happens sometimes, but it does. Fortunately, there is a workaround for getting those attachments to group notices.  All you have to do is open the group's profile and click the Notices tab. All group notices within the past month are displayed in a list, so select the one you are interested in to open it.  Click the Open Attachment button to get the attachment.

I'm not sure quite what you mean.  A LM doesn't "contain" information. It IS information.  It's simply a pointer that directs your viewer to a specific grid location when you want to teleport.  Double click on it (or right click and select Teleport) and you're teleported to the location.
