How to obtain commercial land as your Premium account land

Can anyone tell me how you, instead of having a Linden home as your Premium acct. home/land, obtain commercial land in its place?  I don't want the Linden home/parcel because it's only residential.  I DO want a commercial parcel instead.  How do I do this?

You can find up to 512m^2 of Mainland land that's for sale (there's loads, but finding a parcel that small is tricky).

This 512m^2 would be counted 'free of charge' (not costing monthly tier) provided that it's Mainland, and so long as your Premium account remains valid. Mainland land can always be used for commercial purposes.

Non-premium accounts cannot own Mainland land, but can sub-let Private land.
