Tramp is now totally functional and Daanniel (Jack Sparrow) is back and has handled all issues with the missing movie libraries and functionality of the Icarus TVs.  Thank you Captain Jack!

Stoney, you can file a Support Case, but it's very unlikely that you will be able to recover any money.

Merchants leave SL all the time, and it's particularly tough when what they've been providing is a service, not a one-time product purchase.

Linden Lab does not get involved in any resident-to-resident business dealings.  Besides the Terms of Service (which basically absolves LL of all liabilities for just about anything), the real rules aroiund here are "He Who Owns The Land, Makes the Rules", and "Caveat Emptor."

Sorry to tell you that filing a support ticket won't get you anywhere.  LL does not get involved in and resident to resident transactions or disputes like this.  I'm afraid you are just going to have to take the loss and move on.
