how do i fix camera control because it going crazy

when i spin my cam on second life it goes up and down and sideways and i dont know how to fix it can someone help me

There are two all-purpose Reset commands.  Try them both:

1,  Type ESC (or Shift + ESC)  a few times, or

2.  Type CTRL + 9 a few times.

Either of those should return your camera to its default position. 

<soapbox> Camera control is a learned skill -- an important one.  Frankly, I think one of the worst things Linden Lab ever did with the viewer interface was to introduce that dumb Camera Control window.  It eats screen space, but the worst part is that it makes you focus on the stupid control panel instead of looking at what you want to see.  Once you learn to handle your camera with the CTRL, Alt, and Shift keys and your arrow keys (or your mouse), though, you can look all around without even thinking about it.  Then a few extra tricks like how to center your camera and how to reset it give you real power.  :smileyvery-happy:  <off soapbox>
