Adult websearch not working

I cannot do an adult websearch. The option to enable this setting is grayed out. Also I cannot recieve gifts that are rated adult.

My settings are correct, and I can purchase adult items and enter adult sims.

Any ideas?

As you started typing your question, you may have noticed that the automated system suggested several recent related posts in Answers.  You are not the only one having this problem.  If you look at BUG reports in the JIRA, you'll find that Linden Lab is asking everyone who reports the problem to submit a support case, because it's an individual account issue.
