Anyone can rez things on your land if they're a member of your group and if

1. You have set your land to the group in World >>> About Land >>> General.  (It's not becessaary to deed it.  Just set it.)

2. You have specified in World >>> About Land >>> Options that only group members are allowed to create objects or bring objects onto your land

3. You have checked to be sure that group members have the ability to rez objects on group land.  This should be the default for group members in the Everyone role, but some group owners may uncheck that option in the group's profile page >> Members & Roles.

BTW, it is a VERY good idea to make your alt a co-owner of the group.  That way you can be very sure that the group will not disappear accidentally when it has fewer than 2 members.  You can always trust your own alt not to leave the group without telling you, and not to sell group assets or invite strange people into the group.
