There is a stretching mesh problem >.> can't fix it

So I have been having a problem of my screen not showing mesh well and it has been pissing me off, I fixed it with what some said but now it is still doing it with some other people. And I can't figure out if I have an update missing. Also I cant use the keys to turn my screen now. It just starts typing so now I am even more pissed >.< Please help ;_;
