Premium membership area

Can a premium member take a none premium member into a premium membership area?

That depends on which area you mean.  Yes, you may invite non-premium members to your Linden Home. No, you may not expect them to accompany you to Premium sandboxes or on Premium hunts.  If you visit the Portal Park, you will find that some recreational destinations are open only to Premium members too.
