I recently changed my AV from human looking to Alien looking. My AV is now sitting and standing IN the ground. When sitting you can only see my head and the end of my tail, the rest of me is underground!? When standing my feet are underground. Thx for any help.

Try using the height adjustment in the Quick Preferences menu of the Firestorm viewer. That's exactly what it's for.
