How to get prim breast or mesh breast

Hey im new at SL about a week now and i really want to get lolas tango on SL and now i have like lolas tango clothes applier  but how do i get a prim breast for avatar pls 

so heres my avatar right here and pls i dont want demos i want free

That part isn't likely to happen. There are plenty of freebies in SL, but I doubt that you'll be able to find a freebie mesh breast.  Certainly not one that you'd want to be seen wearing.  You should expect to pay for something like that or enjoy the "natural" breasts that SL women are born with. :smileywink:
