HI, Timmy.   If you go to your Dashboard and then

Linden Exchange>Manage>Billing/Trading Limits  

it should take you to https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/describe-limits.php

There you will see that you can't sell L$ until 8 days after your first billing transaction with LL (8 days after they first charged your PayPal or credit card).   Then you have a selling limit of US$300 total for the first 27 days, after which it goes up to US$2,000.

It's an anti-fraud measure.

You need to buy a few Lindens before you can actually sell. Then the clock starts. If you don't buy, nothing happens. Thats how it works. Then it will happen as Innula says.
