Each account is separate.  As far as Linden Lab is concerned, your main av and his alts are owned by different people.  They cannot share non-transferrable assets and do not have the same privileges.  That is, just because one account is Premium or has special building rights or a high maturity level does not mean that the others do.  You have to configure each of the accounts on its own.  So, be sure that you have defined each account's maturity preferences in Preferences >>> General and in the Search window (upper left) and in Marketplace (top center).  If your reactivated account was one that you once used when you were under 18 -- perhaps on the old TeenSL grid -- you may need to submit a support case to ask Linden Lab to reset its access.  That is one of several factors that often need adjustment when you reactivate an old account.
