I can not access adult Areas =(

Hello,

I have my account at least 6 years

but I can't more  search as adult area, the "squares" M and G are clicked normal but  the "square A" this gray ..

I already went to preferences and selected to acess all content

 

Before I could access this normally, but I don't know what happened ...

I've tried to log in the page of Second Life, check if you have some place to verify age ..

but I find nothing only appears:

account summary, historical contact data and so on ..

and also ...

Access has been denied when I try to set my search preferences in Marketplace.  My viewer preferences are set to allow all content.  I am well of age.  How do I go about fixing this?

Your age is verified by the information that you provided when you joined SL.  If you have tried setting your access preferences and it's not working, I suggest submitting a support case to ask Linden Lab to correct your age.  They will possibly be quite skeptical and will ask for some sort of documentary proof of your RL age, but that's your best shot.
