Yesterday I went to change my skin to something spooky and discovered my entire 'skins' folder has nothing but empty folders in it. I relogged, rebooted and cleared cache. Still empty. WTF am I buying stuff for if this dipshyte game just ditches my stuff? (that's rhetorical) Going to quit buying stuff and I am dropping my premium status. Just saying.

I tried and couldn't change shape but changed skin, eyes, and brows and everything showed up just as I had left it complete with mesh head, mesh body, tats, etc. Then I changed shape to my latest. Thank you so much! lotta hugs to all

Thanks, for the replies, but why would a friend not get the same effect I do with my body parts if it's a bake fail?

Lately every time I try using SL with either this user or my alt , I appear as the dreaded orange cloud. It doesn't matter if i use FS, Phoenix, or the SL viewer. I changed to a computer that had never even used SL and got the same issue. Every time I login in get messages saying, "Failed to find (body part)" or "Failed to find (clothing)". Also, unless it is scripted like lights, running water, etc. it is grey and without texture. I tried emptying caches and changing location of cache. A friend logged into both my accounts and everything was fine. I'm stuck, lost, fed up. Signed: The Fog

All I had on was my AO, shape, LAQ skin, and a one piece kini. Not even hair. So it was my AO that got me kicked. But I hate walking like a duck on amphetamines so I stayed out after getting kicked for the 3rd time. I dislike lag a lot, too, but when I go shopping or browsing like at Uber, Cosmo, Collab, or wherever, I just keep my avi in one spot, cam around, and keep an eye on my minimap as to where my cam is so lag is irrelevant mostly..

Lots of ugly skins. A few good skins. Lots of ugly tats that almost completely cover the skin. A few nice tats. I left after visiting a handful of stores and didn't buy anything. Won't be visiting anything Pale Girl Productions does again.

It's extremely annoying when I am trying to keep my inv. organized and every time I move something, every single folder opens. Then I have to close them all before I can move anything else. I looked through debug settings to see if there was something in there but didn't see anything.

lol That's probably the one folder that I've never lost anything from.

Well, thank you! Another idea would have been if "Witless Wonder" would have called the "Favorites" folder something like "FavoriteLMs". Unfreakinbelievable. lmao

For some reason (or arbitrary, idiotic excuse) or other, I can only put SOME things into my favorites folder. EG: SOMETIMES I can create a subfolder for items from one creator, and stick it in another subfolder inside "favorites" and SOMETIMES I can't. I just created a subfolder for stuff from one creator and tried sticking it in my "favorite undies" subfolder inside "favorites" and can't. Other times I have no problem doing stuff like that. WTF is the point in having a "favorites" folder if SL chooses what can go in and what can't? And who's the witless wonder that comes up with these moronic ideas anyways?
