You know what they say about once you go black, right?

Seriously, the answer that Venus linked to might be the answer for you, in which case all you need to do is move your viewer to your primary monitor, or make the monitor that you want to use for SL the primary one.  You should be able to find out how to do this in your choice of operating system easily by googling it.

If this should not be the fix, let us know, but please include a bit more information about your computer specifications and which viewer you use for SL.  In your viewer, you can go to the Help menu and click on where it says "About (either Second Life or the name of the third party viewer you are using)", copy everything in the window that pops up and paste it here.
