SL Cannot Be Accessed

I'm trying to log onto SL from a different computer, and it's telling me SL cannot be accessed. My account is fine, I think the computer itself has been blocked, I tried to file a ticket but there's not category for this particular problem. Who would I have to talk to to fix this?

Yes that computer is blocked and LL would need to unblock it. If it was done deliberately and email would be sent, so it could have been an accident.
