Ghost Town!

I can't see other avatars next to me nor on the NEARBY option and objects won't load completely. Also I go to "nowhere land" when I sit.Plus my avatar won't load fully. This is happening in specific sims not everywhere. In other places I am good to go.

Please I need some insight on this. I am thinking someone is messing up my avatar (if it's possible).

The lands that I am having trouble at are owned by the same person. The problem started some 4-5 days ago. Even when I drop an object to rez is impossible to see it. I was on SL viewer when the problems began and I switched to Firestorm to see what happened, but all was the same. I came in with my ALT and I could see eveything fine.

As I said before... Could someone be hudding my avatar or something with scripts??

We are still waiting for an update, at the Second Life Grid Status. Restarts have not been completed atm. You should wait until the status page reports Resolved. If you have a problem at that time, check back here.

Yes I understand about the Issues today. But my problem has been going on now for about 4-5 days.

This is odd Laurelle. It's happening too for another resident who posted in these forums. I know this is no consolation for you, but here is his thread (press Permalink under my reply to see the entire conversation). Plus, the problem started before the rolling restarts... Just as you. :smileysurprised:

ETA: I don't know, but if you are using Firestorm or Phoenix, could you possibly have derendered people and objects unintentionally? (I don't even know if you can derender a whole parcel and its content, however)

I was having this exact same problem as of earlier this week but only on a specific sim. Apprently from the response to my post there has been some sort of problem specifically on sims running Magnum that was supposed to be fixed last Wednesday. I haven't been to my problem area since then but I'm headed there today.. Hopefully the fix worked but here's the information from my post with the answer about the Magnum server problem.
