Looks like your capslock key is stuck, too. You might want to address that; it looks like you're shouting at us, and is considered rude.

As for your issue, marketplace deliveries can take up to 24 hours to go through. Check your marketplace order history by going to the marketplace, clicking "my marketplace," "my account," then "order history." If the text under the items says they have not yet been delivered, be patient. If it says they have been delivered, you may still want to wait awhile; then:

1) Go inworld, right-click your notecard folder in your inventory, and choose "new note." Name it something helpful - your name, the date, and "failed delivery" works well - and in it, with caps lock turned off, explain what happened and request a redelivery of the items. Include the transaction history, make sure your name is on it, and send it to the merchant whose item(s) has/have not been delivered. Do this for each item. (If more than one item was from the same merchant, only send one notecard; incude the transaction histories for each item in that one notecard.) Wait a couple of days. If you don't hear back:

2) Contact support and submit a ticket. Choose the categories "marketplace," "failed marketplace delivery." Again, explain what happened and request redelivery, and include the transaction history. Redelivery may take a few days.
