Nalates Urriah Posted May 12, 2015 Share Posted May 12, 2015 This sounds like a connection problem. Having a good Internet connection does not mean you have a good connection to the SL servers. You can test your connection to SL using these steps: http://blog.nalates.net/2011/10/26/troubleshoot-your-sl-connection/ To get help on technical issues open the viewer and before login open HELP->ABOUT... and copy that information into the post with you request for help.
