No Friends List

I have looked around and tried to find a topic and didn't. If I am creating mulitple threads about an ongoing subject I am sorry. For days I have been able to log into the website, see what friends I have that are online but once inside the viewer, my friends list shows no one online.  As people log in I receive notifications they are here and then they appear on my list. If I crash and immediatly log back in, they are all gone again.

Any ideas?

Try to clean your Cache, or making a clean install, both use to repair every glitch

It's very likely to be a region issue with the region you are logging into.

Try logging into a different region.

If the problem only happens when you login to a certain region, that region needs to be restarted.
